Unexpected culinary charm
Nestled by the lake, the hotel offers stunning views that perfectly complement the hearty breakfast. The staff consistently provided warm service, making us feel welcome every day.
Unfortunately, the WiFi was quite poor during our stay. It was frustrating not having reliable access, especially when we wanted to plan our activities in Bariloche.

Ope, the views from our Grand Comfort Room were absolutely breathtaking! Every morning, waking up to that gorgeous lake view made my heart sing. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially those pastries. The staff at the bar really knew how to mix a pink gin cocktail right. Just wish the pool opened a bit earlier for a morning splash.

Stunning views from every window! The Grand Comfort Room brought in the beauty of the lake. The team displayed genuine warmth, especially at the cocktail bar, crafting the best pink gin cocktails. Breakfast was extensive, with delicious cakes from the pastry chef. The pool area felt luxurious, perfect for relaxation. On the downside, the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room felt like a miss for a hotel of this caliber. I also encountered noisy guests in the public areas late at night, which disrupted our sleep. Overall, great location and comfortable stay, but a few improvements needed to enhance the experience.

Stunning views over the lake from the Grand Comfort Room made every morning a delight. The breakfast spread offered good variety, including fresh fruit and pastries, adding a nice touch to the stay.
The indoor swimming pool heater was broken during the stay, which was particularly disappointing given the winter conditions. Additionally, the pool timing only allowed access from noon on, which limited early morning options for a swim. Smaller towels at the pool made it inconvenient, and a sense of overzealous enforcement of towel limits was notable. Some rooms had soundproofing issues, leading to disturbances from other guests, although efforts were made to address this promptly.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for three nights and found the hotel's location on the lake to be exceptional, only five minutes from the downtown area. The bar and restaurant offered a welcoming atmosphere, with a complimentary welcome drink that was a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the spacious room that provided an extraordinary view of the lake, making the experience relaxing. The delightful breakfast featured a variety of choices, which further enhanced my stay.

The hotel had an amazing spa that the kids loved, and we enjoyed relaxing nights with live music at the bar. The stunning lake views from our room made our stay even more special, especially after such a beautiful day exploring the surrounding mountains.
My kids wished the pool opened earlier for a morning dip.
